I had a delightful stay at this hotel, nestled in the charming hills of Vermont. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though there was a faint smell of stale smoke. The service was courteous and helpful, making my family trip a smooth experience. The dining options were basic but satisfactory, and the location offered a peaceful retreat with stunning fall colors to marvel at.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although comfortable after an upgrade, were initially filthy with sticky carpets, garbage under the bed, body hair on both beds, and cobwebs in the corners. The new room still had trash under the bed, mold, and mildew in the tub and on the shower curtain. The cleanliness was a major issue throughout. On the bright side, the jet tub in the room was a nice bonus.
Rooms

The location was convenient for local touring and a family reunion. However, the room had some maintenance issues such as a buckling shower and a dated vintage alarm clock.
Dining

The dining experience consisted of basic options like cereal and make-your-own toast. The breakfast was average but served by a very friendly host.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were way more than the value of the room, had a terrible odor, mold in the tub, leftover bar soap, and hair from previous guests. It seemed like a heavily-used smoking room in the past with no TV and a disappointing breakfast. The service, however, was extremely friendly and helpful, with the staff offering clean towels and being attentive. The location was convenient for exploring Williamstown and the Berkshires with charming surroundings. Dining options were minimal, and the breakfast consisted of just cereal, milk, juice, and coffee. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel had its charm and beautiful spots. However, some facilities needed improvement.

The hotel had some issues with worn furnishings in the rooms, which made them uncomfortable. Despite an upgrade to a bigger room, there were still cleanliness issues like trash under the bed and mold in the tub. The service, while friendly, was only provided every other day. The location was charming with great museums and hiking but had some maintenance issues like fridge temperature control problems. The dining options were minimal, and cleanliness concerns led to avoided meals.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, despite smelling like stale smoke, were functional and had a jet tub that added to my relaxation. The service was a bit lacking with cleaning only every other day, but the traditional meals cooked by the sweet staff were a nice touch. The location in the hills of Vermont was charming and ideal for a family reunion, offering a great starting point to explore the Berkshires area. The dining options were limited to sweet treats, but the breakfast being included in the rate was a convenient perk. Overall, the facilities were decent, although some areas needed maintenance.
